we ordered our mattress online after seeing their ad on Craigslist, keep in mind their website says nothing about no exchanges no refund policy...so i ordered a queen size set and they delivered it the same day cash only ( should have known better) so the driver brings it and after he left we unpackaged it and it smellled like cigarette smoke through and through keep in mind we are not smokers..so i called the next morning and told them of the problem, they said no exchanges no refunds..and they blamed it on the driver and said the driver was a smoker..impossible because the set was still incased in the plastic..after the person started cussing me out and hung up on me i called my husband who is a service member in the United States Navy and he in turn called teh company back.....then they told him after we warned we would get the navy involved they agreed to exchange the set and deliver it for a charge of 20.00 keep in mind they charged me 10.00 delivery charge the day before and it states on the website delivery is free..so they wanted to double charge us for delivery.....then my husband said fine i will call legal ( navy ) and they will get involved then the guy says..we will deliver a new set tomarrow no fee and still blamed it on the driver and that he smokes..then my husband said he wanted a non smoker driver and then they said that is the only diver they have lol...so this smoker is delivering another set to us tomarrow...and keep in mind the driver ask to use our bathroom on the way out and took a dump and plugged up our toilet and didnt even tell us !!!! we want our money back but seems we have to keep it and try to resell this.
