The company will fire you for getting hurt on the job. Also management is taking advantage of drivers. The company pays every driver 25% of what the load pays, but they will not show you what it really pays. Each load, the driver loses 10-20% of gross revenue. Also if you operate by the Federal D.O.T. Regulations with hours of service and do everything just like you are suppose to you will not make any money. They will starve you out.

Trust me when I say they will fire you for getting hurt on the job. I was injured and out for over a year, but when the doctor released me to go back. United Road Human Resource Dept. said they didnt need me, but if you look at their website they are begging for drivers.

Also I have been contacted by the Human Resource Department asking me not to put anything on the internet bad about their company or they will make it hard on me for finding other jobs, which they have done.
