We have been renting a warehouse from Universal Paragon Corporation for three years and have recently closed down and moved out. We are more than disappointed about the customer service and the tricks they have pulled. For one year our warehouse's light bill was linked to two other warehouse within the same area. When we brought up this issue to the project manager, Joe Peters, he informed us that that was a mistake and will be refunding us the money. It has been 2 years and we have yet to receive any answer from him or any of his representatives.

When we moved out we left with notice after Joe Peters informed us that all we needed was a written notice informing them that we will be moving out of the warehouse. The warehouse was properly cleaned and was returned to the owners as it was given to us, if not in better condition. Yet our return deposit was denied. Again we tried to contact Joe Peters many times about this situation, but he has denied and ignored our calls and form of contacts. It is now that we notice what a scam this man and his company is. 

This is a warning to all consumers that the Universal Paragon Corporation is a huge scam. They not only have poor customer service, but they also rip you off. We will do everything in our power to have our money returned to us and see them reported for being the scam of a business they are. If you value your money and your hard work, please do not make the same mistake and stay away from them!
