When I was in need of help, I called USA Lawsuit Loans who eventually just scammed me, leaving me with nothing. Such a company should be watched and carefully reviewed. After being told they could help me, I found out that it was a hoax company.

The first thing I should have known was the name of the company, USA Lawsuit Loans who answered as Funding Express. I didn't notice until I tried calling back. After a few attempts to get updates on my case, eventually I never was in contact with again.

I think this scam was trying to steal my case information. In either case, I did research on the guy who asnwered the phone as agustin cruz and found out what was really going on.

Here is my research that uncovered USA Lawsuit Loans is a scam artist, preying on individuals that have been through a long legal bout.

Here is a link to the guy answering the phone at, http://florida.arrests.org/Arrests/Augustin_Cruz_5359810/ who obviously is only ripping people off. I've been ripped off before, but not like this.

Now I am sitting here at a loss of 20k USD all because this guy and his scam company can get away with this. Is anyone else having this problem? I tried calling back and never get a response by email either.

Impossible claim

I am confused as to this person with extended legal troubles is out 20k?  Clearly they were looking for a loan, the loan process costs nothing up front and I doubt they had the 20k to put up to lose if they were looking for a loan.  They may be upset because they were DENIED, but that is not a scam, that is a process of underwriting; like a mortgage or car loan.  It's astounding the claims of loss people can make without anything to back it up.

Fake Identity

To be clear, I am an employee of USA Lawsuit Loans and I am writing this as an employee. I am not trying to hide any blemishes, but I am trying to clear the air. USA Lawsuit Loans is not a scam, they are merely brokers between defendants and underwriters. They take a commission, also known as an administrative/origination fee, but every company will do that.

This report is false, the real R. Sexton was contacted and told us clearly that he had not posted any such report on this website or any other website. The person using this name, which is not a hard thing to fake, is an imposter and most likely the ex-partner of the current owner who lied and stole before leaving to start his own business.

The accusation that he lost $20,000 is wrong, because any fees are taken out of the advance amount and only after a contract is signed by the client and their attorney. The terms are spelled out plainly, and there is always someone willing to talk with you to answer any questions you may have. Also, the advance is only paid back if the client wins their lawsuit and only given if the underwriters believe the case is strong enough to fund, if the client loses their case the don't owe any money.

The worst sin USA Lawsuit Loans has made would be taking some time to get back to clients, but that is because until recently they were understaffed for the amount of traffic they had. They are currently a small startup company, but they are very good at what they do. They help people who are desperate by getting them the money that they need as quickly as it is possible.
