I have been waiting over 2 months for payment on the phone that I sent in. They recieved my phone quickly, but never sent a check. Once I posted a review of how awful their service was, I finally got in touch with someone who told me that my check must have been lost in the mail and they would reissue one.

I still have not recieved any payment as of the writing of this complaint. Stay away from uSell. They are a scam.
