August 15, 2013, I ordered a neckalce for $28.61 via an e-mail address and FaceBook post.  I contacted Vade Shop 2 weeks later when it did not arrive.  I was told that it was back ordered.

I contacted Vade Shop again in October and was told that they would refund my money.  My first two tickets were closed, so I opened another.  I was told approximately every week or two that a refund was imminent.

My second ticket was closed after being told by the customer service representative that I would receive a refund if he or she had to walk over to the finance department.  I never did and my last inquiry on 11/28 resulted in a tcket being closed without response.

I opened my 4th ticket on 12/10 and entered this report.  I don't believe that Vade Shop can be a reputable company and conduct business this way.  As of 12/10.2013, it has been nearly 4 months with no delivery of the ordered merchandise or the refund of the $28.61.

On 11/12, Vade said that he or she would go to the finance department physically. When does that happen? Is there some confusion about the fact that I ordered merchandise that I paid for and never received? 8/15 paid and as of 12/10 a still no refund or delivery.

Why was my last ticket closed without resolution? Refund me or ship my merchandise. Are you a company or a front for theft? $28.61

Just to let you know. Still no credit back. My bank usually shows these things in 24 hours after the credit.

As it turns out, there was a bug in our system. We have had tech work on it and it should be fixed by this time.

Can you explain to me why you know nothing more than you did weeks ago? Did you talk to someone? Is there someone else I can talk to? This makes no sense.

Okay. I've been pretty patient about all of this. I have no other customer service experience to compare this to.

Are you an actual company, or are you a scam? Do you really exist, or are you a front for stealing money? I order from you one single time and can't get my order fulfilled or refunded after more than 2 months.

Any satisfaction from Vade Shop to prevent me from going to every place on the Internet I can get to and posting my dissatisfaction? Calling this experience ridiculous seems understated.

Hello,
I am deeply sorry if you haven't received a response in the past few days. There was an error with our help desk and itcaused many of the tickets to not be seen. We have fixed the issue as of today and I am going through all of the tickets to make sure we can get everything worked out. Once again, I am very sorry if you have not seen a response. I will get to everyone as fast as possible!
I can do that for you. I'll send it to the corresponding department, I'm sorry there wasn't more we could do for you.

Jeez. Just noticed that I typed "ordet" in stead of "order". My typing sucks.

If there is no word on the order, then maybe we should just cancel it. I get many e-mails from Vade Shop daily about buying more stuff, but I can't remember what the necklace I ordered even looks like.
