This store number is 497.

Youll need that when you have to call corporate visionworks at 1-800-669-1183,

to get any help to fix what this store messed up.  There are some great people like Josh at Corporate VisionWorks, that will do their best to help you, but if you get Jackie or Joslyn hang up.  Visionworks should apologize for hiring such obnoxious people as Adam, Yesimina, Jackie and Joslyn.

Adam is the manager at the Greeley Mall store.  He not only kept telling us, "You just need to get use to them" after the glasses we purchased kept falling apart and causing headaches, but he also lied, flat out lied to our face, about helping us get our money back.  He even told us he knew the check was cut and there was a tracking number he was trying to get for us when we had already spoken to corporate and no check was cut until eight months after the first complaint.  I called corporate every day for a month before they finally started working on this.  Then they only refunded part of it and never even hinted at any remorse for the months of suffering or inconvenience or the rude people we had had to deal with.

I hope this saves other customers from the frustration of dealing with this store or some of the unbelievable poeple at corporate.

Oh, by the way, it took two visits to an eye specialist at $200 a pop to get the injury fixed that VisionWorks missed.

Visionworks reply and resolution

AUTHOR: Visionworks Customer Care - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 10, 2013

First, thank you to Mr. Wertz for bringing his experience to our attention. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience that may have occurred.

Our objective is to always satisfy and serve our customers. On 1/7/13, the Territory Director over the Greeley location spoke with Mr. Wertz and discussed the many events that occurred that ultimately led to his dissatisfaction.

We have issued a refund for the eye glasses and Mr. Wertz has received and accepted it. The Territory Director also promised Mr. Wertz a refund for the cost of the exam fees he incurred and he has received this as well. Mr. Wertz seems happy with the resolution.
