I received an offer online for a free 30 day supply trial of Garcinia Cambogia and Cleanse.  I decided to try it and filled out the form.  Next thing they ask for a credit card to pay for the shipping and handling of $4.95 each.  I figured that wasn't too bad so I agreed and gave my info. 

I received the bottles about 5 days later and inside there were packing lists that advised it was a 14 day trial and I needed to contact them to get the RMA info to return the product or I will be charged.  I called 1 week later to make sure I wouldn't be charged.  The girl on the phone asked why I was cancelling since I only had tried it for 1 week.  I advised I wanted to make sure I wasn't charged.  She advised she would extend the trial to July 11 which was 2 weeks from when I called.  I immediately wrote that down and set my calendar in my phone to call them on July 10 just to be safe. 

I called on July 10 and the girl on the phone said I was supposed to call by July 9.  I argued with her for a while and then just asked for a supervisor since I was getting nowhere.  The supervisor named Jesse came on the line and started to give me the same line.  I advised him I was adamant that I was told July 11.  He said he would pull the recorded call and listen to what the agent told me and if I was right he would credit me.  He said he would call me back in 30 minutes or less and I verified he had my number correct.

After 1 hour I had not heard back from him so I called and the girl on the phone said he left for the day.  I advised her he was supposed to call me back within a half hour and asked for another supervisor.  She put me on hold and came back and said the other supervisor had been listening to the call and said he told me 24 hours.

Everything they say has been a BOLD FACE LIE!  I immediately looked at my credit card transactions online and it showed they put a charge through for $49.95 on July 9th.  I called my credit card company and am now in the middle of disputing the charge.  I will definitely take them to court if they don't remove it!
