wa associates kirby vacuums deception dishonesty fraud hamilton New Jersey

W.A. Associates hired my son, Vincent Guarini to sell Kirby vacuums door to door which we later found was illegal without a permit or badge.  After 2 months of attempted sales and demonstrations which normally took 3 hours each he finally sold one and was to receive a commision check for $500.00.  Only after much prompting by myself and Vincent did we receive a check one month later than it was due.  Only to find out there was insufficient funds for that check.  Attempts to contact the owner concerning this frauduent check were unsuccessful.  This prompted our efforts to report this incident to the department of labor, better business bureau, Kirby World Direct, the IRS and the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce.  I fully expect cooperation from all mentioned.
