It's sad that you write people up for being sick when
they can't pay for your crappy insurance on the low barely above minimum wage
money they make because they have a family to take care of and a house note to
pay. You can't even keep a decent schedule.. working people seven straight days
before a day off and having a different schedule everyday makes things
wonderful too. I'm glad we don't have a life and can't plan anything because of
you.
Then of course you have biased dumb CSMs, managers and a
store manager that cant even follow her own rules. Wait to set examples for
everyone Bev! Oh, can't transfer to a different department because your manager
has a grudge against you. I'm the wife of a Wal-Mart employee and you make my
life hell. Thank you for not giving the slightest care or consideration for me
or my partner. DeRidder LA Walmart is the worst! Beverly Rainwater, the store
manager, walks around with most of her breasts hanging out of her top, yet you
write up my partner for getting sick. Go to hell. People cant help they have a
low immune system. If you would pay better or let people move to the department
they have been asking for for 2 years, maybe this wouldnt happen. Maybe if you
werent busy sitting on your behind in back adjusting your fashionable clothes
youd see the uniform wearing hard working people up front that have to deal
with retarded customers all day long who scream and yell at you and threaten
you for little over minimum wage.

That is such a very inappropriate word to use. There are individuals who have worked so hard to stopped being called "retards" because they are human and deserve respect as we all do. Your idiotic use of this word just shows what kind of mentality you really have.
Get off your high horse and be grateful you have a job in this horrible economy. Think about the men and women who put their lives in danger everyday ie: military, police, fire - do you see them bitching about their schedules?? How selfish you are. Grow up and if you don't like the situation you are in change it. Period!

tbat's commensurate with the skills and education necessary to do the job. An associate job is NOT rocket science and pays accordingly.
Most businesses will "write up" absences if the exceed their guidelines.
One thing that gets my attention in your report is this...
