  AFTER I HAVE MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT TO WEST LAKE FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR A LINCOLN LS THAT I PURCHASE FROM EXCUTIVE MOTORS IN MIAMI , WEST LAKE FINANCIAL SERVICES DECIDED, TO RETURN THE CONTRACT PLUS MY FIRST PAYMENT BACK TO THE CAR DEALER (EXECUTIVE MOTORS) WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME, WHICH CAUSE ME TO LOOSE MY DEPOSIT PLUS MY FIRST PAYMENT OF THE CAR.

west lake financial services PO box 54807 Los Angeles ca. I have paid my loan of on 7/3/13 I was told My Title would be mailed to me in two to three weeks sold my auto. I can not get paid for the reason I can not get A title from west lake they refuse to send it to me today is 8/10/13 I still can not get a response on when I will retrieve my title no one their can help me know one knows what is going on . please can someone help me get this co.
