Just went thru the same thing in aug. which you can see my complaint on this site.  Word to the wise... keep a close eye on W.M.  Legally they can go after you for your wifes debt.  They will continuously send you documents with added monies including interest, filing fees and processing fees. Be sure to request a itemized report of all that has been charged to you. Keep a close eye on the interest charged!!!. Dont be caught with your head in the sand. If you set up a payment plan be sure to hand deliver the checks or cash and get receipts.  They happend to misplace a payment i gave them which gave them authority to garnish anything they wanted. W.M. could  simply give people on a payment plan a courtesy call for payment . Call me and we will talk 541-435-4956.  Myself and others are currently in the legal process against them.  You cant find a lawyer in coos bay cause W.M. tainted all that know the debt collection act laws by having representation from all.
