on april 27 pick up on may 7 my son road on may 8th and it had screetching noise bought it back on next bussiness day. after sitting thier a week joe told me he didnt no what was wrong with it and they would give me a new machine well after 2 weeks than joe told me i cant give you a new machine i am going two fix the clucth on this one. every week i call they tell me its on fedex so on june 11 i post a bad google reveiw and i get a call from thier service guy mike and he tells me that i can come pick my machine up in pieces . and monday june 13 i post another reveiw after thet flagged mine and carter calls me and tells me i am a lyer. well i dont lye and it is june 13 no machine . these kids are crooksthe owner wont call me he hides behind his employees and wont deal with his own customers what a crook. 

RUN RUN RUN fast. These guys are scammers. I bought a brand new side by side for my 9 year old, he rode it 1 day, with no incidents, no physical damage, the clutch was bad from the start. I took the machine back the next day on may 10th, and it is now June 12th. I still do not have a honest answer to what's going on with my machine. First JOE told me they were going to give me a new machine, then after 10 days of them having the machine, JOE then told me he was just going to fix the clutch. Every Monday I call and they say the clutch is being shipped via FedEx. But funny today is over a month later and still my kids machine is not fixed. I called Saturday, their tech MIKE got on the phone, and when I told him I was going to fight my credit card, he told me that I can come pick up my machine in pieces. These guys do not do good business, run far and fast. And the owner seems to never want to speak to his customers, he hides behind his employees because he knows he does bad business.
