This has nothing to do with your job performance abilities, we know that, however it does prove your reliability, responsibility and trustworthiness to the company. They have the most accurate reports I've seen and are very quick. We need something that is recent, within the last 5-10 days.

If you can get that to me today, that would be great, so I can get you in for an interview before the next couple of business days are filled. Please send me your credit score for Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. Please DO NOT send me the actual report because it contains information that is private to you.
