I had been solicited for months to come to a one day free S&P e-mini trading room session. I hade just been laid off from my job and had about $10,000 in my futures trading account. So I attended the free session on 1/31/2014.  The moderator, Payton Winborn, presented as an expert at trading the ES e-mini and his posted long term track record which looked was very impressive.  He offered a "special one day only" deal for $897 for 9 months access to his trading room. I asked him in the chat box it he would refund my money  if I lost money making his trades. He chatted back that of course I would make a lot of money and he would refund me but there was no need to worry. So I joined up.

Each day you register to enter his trading room. You see a short term real time e-mini chart with computer generated "random" signals that just pop up with a fixed stop and fix loss. His recommended trades are generally 2-3 contracts per trade and sometimes up to 8 contracts per trade. My first day trading his signal was on 2/3/14. Every one of his signals was long and every single one lost money. I was own $1750 in on my first day~ I would notice often that if his trade got close the 8 point average stop loss he would move the stop further away. And once a trade stopped out the trade would suddenly disappear and he would not comment, apologise or even care at all. And if you sent him a real time chat message he would ignore it as if he was not even present. In fact the only time he would speak was on the "free days"  and when he first opened the trade room near the market open. Many times he would already be in a trade by the time he allowed members access.   The losses piled up quickly with trades at  3contractX$50X10point stop loss equaling a $1500 loss per trade. I was down $nearly 50% of my account value in my first 3 days. I would chat him messages when he first opened the trading room. As he seemed to leave in about 5-10 minutes for the day and then around 1pm the web site would just shut down whether or not there were still open trades.  When I asked what his rational was for a trade I would get nothing. When I chatted I lost over 50% of my account value between Feb 3rd-Feb 5th on HIS trades, he mocked me and said I like to only take the losing trades. I asked him repeatedly for a refund as he said on my "free" day he would give me a refund IF I lost money.

But he changed his tune and said, "No, I won't give you a refund." What a lying b*****d! I kept following his trades through early April and most days he lost money on his trades. I actually wound up not taking any more trades  after my account dropped to $2500. Not only am I out $997, but also another $7500 in trading losses based on his trades. He has completely shut me out of the trading room I had paid for. He has never responded to one e-mail or phone call I have made to him. 

This guy is a criminal, he promises you will make a lot of money on his trades. And I kept track of all the trades he made each day I was in his bogus "trade Room"  Today, I looked at his trading results page on his website for the days I was in the room. They are 100% completely false . A total scam! I have reported him to the SEC and other government entities. And if he does not give me a 100% refund I will sue his a*s for millions for all the deception, illegal trade advice, lies, and undue financial stress he has brought to my life! And he will wind up in jail for a long time!

DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT JOINING THIS SCAMMERS SERVICE! HE WILL COST YOU TENS OF THOUSANDS! He never takes any of his one bogus trades although he claims to take them all when I asked him in his chat box. He just suckers in about 10 new suckers in every week at $897 X 52 =$466,440=HIS INCOME PER YEAR!!!!
