SUNDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2007 Ludvik Capital, Ludvik Investments, Frank Kristan and what they aren't I have put together this blog for anyone who is considering doing business with Frank Kristan of Ludvik Capital. Before you do, I stongly suggest that you do proper due deligence. In doing your research, you may want to start with his relationship to the Patriot Funds. Even further back from that would be his involvement with a company called Unitech out of Tempe, Arizona. Of these two companies, there were lawsuits. There are a few companies in Florida also. On that point, CyberSentry is a Florida shell company that Mr. Kristan blew up at the top of the Net bubble. That and Liberty One, which was Australia's largest Internet company to go bust back at the end of the 90s. During that time, he touted CyberSentry's (CS)connection to Liberty One (L1), CS being a company that he bought into as a shell, and made numerous false reports through the media that CS would be buyting L1. He further made reports of connections of CS to Mattel which never existed to the extent that he reported through news releases he produced and sent from his home. The connection to Mattel was that he had purchased a small software package that was totally outdated but that he flouted as something that it was not. This was part of a stock pumping strategy that he had in place. Just touching on CS, this was one of two companies tied to the largest Wall Street incursion by the mafia that broke I believe back in 2000. After Mr. Kristan's sinking of CS, he moved on to a company that he formed called Avenger Boats. With that you will find that he touted connections to other large boat manufacturing companies that, once probed by a reporter out of Millinoket, Maine, turned out to be false. A funny thing too is that Mr. Kristan reported the possibility of supplying boats to Homeland Security when it is a certainty that the FBI had looked into him on his involvement with CS. Now Mr. Kristan is touting a huge land purchase and development scheme in Florida. A quick check will show that neither he nor any company that he knowingly has any control of has purchased land where he said he has. Ludvik Capital and Ludvik Investments are not even registered in the state of Florida. This is all contrary to his press release of 7.9.2007.
