I ordered 20 Lazer-made silicone wristbands after Michael a customerservice rep said that these would look cool just like the "Livestrong" ones. When I got them in, some of the words on the bracelets were not even cut out or engraved, in some one word was engraved deep and in another it was real shalloe almost smooth. I contacted them and they said if I wanted even ans deep engraving I should have paid more for a service called debossed. If you go to their website and look at the pics of a lazer-made and one of the debossed ones they look exactly alike and show no difference in the deepness of the engravement. I have filled a conflict on Paypal and now I am off to tell everyone my story. So go somehwere else and red reviews, I wish I had because I would have steered clear of this place.

This customer ordered our LaZer-Made Wristbands after asking the sales team about Debossed wristbands and has the two confused. We do not use Bait and Switch tactics as he suggested. He originally asked about Debossed wristbands which are made like the Livestrong wristband, but since he only wanted 20, he had to use LaZer-Made. He was not told they would be like Livestrong wristbands. This particular person threatened my staff and said, "I will come to your office and throw the wristbands in your face!" He then went on to threaten to "trash our company." I mean, his behavior was completely juvenile and out of line. He made claims that he could not read the wristbands, but from the picture, you can see that is not the case, you can read them just fine. Rene is one of over 55,000 customers and as you can see, we have very few complaints and when we do, it is either a competitor, a fake or someone with unrealistic expectations. Never will our staff or our web site mislead you. As far as I am concerned, when this guy started threatening to trash our company, he was simply looking for a way to get his product free. He tried to file with PayPal and they rejected his request after seeing that we delivered exactly what he ordered. Feel free to trash our company Rene, your post on our face book page show your transparent attitude. Our customers keep coming back because of the quality products and service they receive and when there is a real problem, we always take care of it.
