www.logodesignguarantee.com Scammed me out of $88.00, sent me clip art without reading my description and now will not return my money Internet

 I hired logodesignguarantee.com to create a logo for my business. After I sent them the $88.00 along with the description for the logo design I wanted they sent me three designs that literally looked like a kindergardener created in class. Not only did the samples look like a kid created them with some cartoonish clip art thrown in, they had nothing to do with my business and company did not even follow the description of my business.

I knew at that point the company was scamming me. When I asked for my money back they said they insisted I give them another chance to create some new designs. I declined and again requested my money back. After several calls to them demanding my money back they said they would send my request to the billing department. It has been a month and I have not received any of my money back. I filed a dispute with my bank and they said the company needs me to call them to request a refund.

Don't get scammed like I did by this company!
