Multiple users on this IP address/internet connection completing offers. If you have your own internet connection you're able to use, contact support about the possibility of having your hold removed.

As you can see my account was put on hold just after I opened it...

I was not familiar with your format. the person who got me involved, helped me step by step and we were both on the same IP address at that time. I had no idea that would be an issue. If you think about it, it's just a little bit hard to bring your IP address over to another persons house.

Looking at your current connection I see that it is still matching your referrer connection. Do you know why you are showing a match with your referrer? In order to lift your hold you must log-in from your own connection.

68.68.96.--- is the IP address you are contacting us from now, however, this is a proxy IP address which cannot be used on our website. This typically means you have a program on your computer to hide/mask your IP address. As for the IP 107.193.---, that is the IP address you completed your offers from and is why you were placed on hold. This same IP address is being used by your referrer and each user must havetheir own internet connection. Are you saying you two share the same internet connection?

We did because my referrer was show me how to complete the information... This is typically done in the MLM industry, I have taken my laptop over to many customers home and of course used there internet connection... I also have a USB from Virgin Mobile and that will give you another IP address and use up data time. The point is if you want to use our website, there are rules you must follow. You violated our rules by sharing the same internet connection as your referrer and were placed on hold accordingly. To make things easy for you, your accounts hold is now permanent and will not be removed for violating our rules by sharing the same internet connection as your referrer.
