I received my in-home surveillance today. I ordered it for the purpose of keeping an eye on my pets while I am at work or out of town.

The app the camera needs to link to is MeShare, which I downloaded. The app will not even open. I verified that my phone & wifi meet the  required specs. 

I checked reviews online and many others are complaining that the app no longer works and their cameras are also worthless.

zmodo's website instant chat link is nons functional. The company's "customer service" line refers custmoers to online chat (which is nonfinctioning). My only other options are fax or e-mail. Sent e-mail an hour ago & no reply yet.

I am NOT encouraged. I would NOT advocate doing business with this company.
