Wife just ordered zoomie glasses from their web site. Chose the extra set for free. Upon entering credit card info. The page imediately went to check out and approved it's self. No warning no nothing. It said thank you for your order. One set for $10.00 two sets for $7.00 each and processing and handling $47.70. Total charge: $71.70.
Attempting to calll their customer service is fuital. Call American Express. The AMX people are great. Zoomie is blocked from our account now for four years. That's why we never, ever buy online with any card other than AMX. The web is crammed with fraud. I don't work for AMX I am a retired Network engineer, electrical engineer and commercial pilot. I do still contract as a pilot and do network security. I do not work for any financial entitiy what so ever.
