I ordered a Christmas ift through Kmart online on Cyber Monday:December 2,2013. I was assured shipping when purchase was made to be delivered before Christmas- They TOOK the funds out of my account immediately for the purchase. About a week and a half later -or so give or take, I receive an email informing me there was a delay and in fact my item had NOT shipped yet- even though funds had been taken and I had gotten confirmation emails and so on- and the email went on to state that I would receive my order before Christmas Eve (which is tomorrow and still have NOT gotten it) and that a new email would be sent when my order shipped.

A week or so later (Dec. 17th) I still had not heard anything back from Kmart, no word on the shipment of my order.

I call the 866 number provided in the email- I get told during my conversation with a Kmart rep that a shipping label was produced that very day (imagine that!) and that I should receive an email stating that soon- and ASSURED me my order would get to me in time.

Well, I did get the email stating my order had a shipping label printed and to allow up to 24 hrs to track my order. Everyday I try to track it, no updates- it still just says label was made for shipping-nothing more. I call back 12/23/13- I get told the same thing I have discovered on my own and that they were "very sorry" and that I would get an email within 24 hrs- for what??? to tell me they are SORRY????

How about they come and tell my kids they are sorry that their gift isn't under the tree! TOMORROW is Christmas Eve!!! I was ASSURED it would get here BEFORE that date!!! I ordered 3 weeks ago, this is ridiculous and "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it. Not only does Kmart still have MY money for an order I never received by the promisary date, but by lying and assuring me I would get it in time has prevented me from going and getting it at the store or something similar! This is B*******! No one should have to deal with this crap-

 Brian from the Kmart team:

I find it ridiculously funny that your establishment ONLY reached out to me on here. I still have not received anything from when I called and complained, even thoiugh I was told then I would be contacted.

Also, like I stated in my first report, I was ASSURED again and AGAN that I would receive it on time- The last assurance being made over the phone on Dec. 17th! When I was informed a SHIPPING label was produced and my item was being SHIPPED that day and WOULD make it to me BEFORE Christmas Eve. That has not happened. That is not a vendor issue. I was blatantly lied to,pushed aside and purposefully "placated" for a short time with the straight out lie that it was shipped and would make it to me.

Your company has ROBBED me the joy of seeing my son open up his "#1" gift on his Christmas list. "I'm sorry" no longer cuts it. The lies are no longer placating the anger and disappointment that is rising. It is now too late for me to go get another! I don't have the funds to anymore anyways- as I finished spending what I budgeted on other items before I realized I was being blatantly lied to. Kmart STILL has the money that was intended for the gift I have yet to receive.
