I worked for this company and have to agree with the other report. We were trained on how to make calls longer and get people to call back. Behind the scenes, people are just counting up the money and laughing about the caller's problems. Unhappy customer? Get ready to get yelled at by the President of the company, Mark Husson. He's a bitter person who makes fun of workers and clients behind their backs. He fosters competition among his workers but in a really nasty and mean spirited way. All he wants is the money but his public personna is friendly and warm. You would never know the craziness that goes on behind the scenes. The advisors are constantly telling clients to just wait...wait three more days, three more weeks, three more months. Get those people to keep calling and promise them future happiness that never comes. This is not the place to get real help or support. Look elsewhere.

It's hard to defend yourself when you don't know if this really was an ex-employee or an angry customer. But one thing that isn't hard to see is that the feedback is designed to hurt us. 80% of my employees have been with me since the beginning and when they read this with me laughed because of how this feedback attacked the VERY things that we pride ourselves on - Never manipulate or misguide, never judge or promote fear. When people break that code, I get the awful job of having to fire them and then deal with this...angry, untruthful accusations.
I always appreciate that I am allowed to reply. I hope you will find out for yourselves if you think this person is telling the truth or not. And if you need support we'll be there.
