Found their website online and didn't really think much, but chose them because they were located in California. We were hoping to receive our chairs in a timely manner, and they told us we would receive our chairs in about a week. After 4 weeks of going back and forth emails and phone calls, and Larry giving us the run-around about their "driver ended up in Arizona and will be on the way to Northern California", I decided to do some more digging and of course found all these complaints online, of people being duped the same way.

I am so disappointed in myself for not doing my due diligence, but this is the first time this has happened to me. I can't believe it. We are now out $3000+ due to this dishonest, lying so-called chair and furniture company. Please do not buy from 1allchairs.com!! They may be listed under multiple websites or businesses, but I am shocked that after so many complaints, their website is still up. The first red flag was asking for us to pay with e-check because credit card would have to pay 3% transaction fee. I can understand, but then my bank called us to verify that the purchase is legit and of course, I said, yes. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!
