Called 1rst engine on March 13th to check on a diesel engine that they showed. So I got my price quote of 5750.00 with shipping and they would send after the core when the engine was installed. I got the ok to order the engine on March 18th.

I called and talk to Joe on the 18th and told him I would stop by the bank and increase my balance in order to pay this much for the engine. On the 19th of march I filled out there credit card authorization form and sent it back. Now all ive got to do is wait for this engine. Friday March 22nd I stop by the bank and nothing has been taken out for my engine so I call good ol Joe to find out whats going on. He tells me theyve been busy and they will run my card and get my engine sent out at the first of next week. Im ok with this ive talk to the shop that has the truck and everthing is ok.

Friday March 29th no engine I call to find out whats going on with my engine (at the time I ordered the engine they show 3 on car-part.com) well the first one they pulled was broke. Ok I understand Im in the wrecking yard business and sometimes thing get broke in the accident. The first of the next week supposed to have another engine ready. I call to find out whats going on and Joe said it got mixed up and sent to Austin then I get a call from Joe asking if they can drop the engine off on Saturday April 6th. I tell him thats not a problem ill meet them whenever to get this engine my customer really needs it. Saturday comes and goes nothing.

Monday April 8th I get a strange call from a guy saying he was setting up delivery on my engine so I call Joe to find out whats going on. He tells me he knows nothing about this delivery guy but ill have my engine Tuesday then Wednesday then Thurday. I called the company today April 11th that Joe said was going to deliver my engine and they said they have nothing for me. Ive tried to call and talk to Joe or anyone 26 times today with no help at all they just send me straight to voicemail. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks without an engine and now no one will talk to me to get a refund. So be leary of this place.
