24/7 Propane Herbert Cetrone Filed a Complaint Watford City North Dakota

 24/7 Propane filed a complaint against me as a broker of businesses. In short Mr Cetrone claims that I did nothing to sell his business. Me. Cetrone did not have a business only an idea. I told him he couldn't sell an idea and he needed to start a business. Later I found out he still worked for Ferrellgas. Not only that but he proceeded to sell gas to some of FerrellGas customers, which was against a non-compete he had signed. He sent a buyer to me but I informed him that I could not represent him as long as he worked for FerrellGas. After he started a business the only value it had was that of an old truck. He wanted $5,000 for an individual to ride around with him for one day. I told him businesses weren't sold that way. After that Mr Cetrone and I parted ways.
