We have asked the person filing this complaint to please offer some form of proof that this situation occured. In return we have offred to refund the displayed invoice amount, bank charges or said proof 100%, pay for any expenses incurred and an additional $1000 credit. 

We have seen no proof that this, nor any of the incidents, or persons participating in this site, actually exist or occured. What we have seen is a display of abusive harassment. The individual claims to have visited our corporate HQ, and posts pictures of "a or some" private residence. They claim to have contacted references in the face of restictive legal presence. These posts have been sent to the appropriate authorities.

This individual recently contacted an investigative reporting and media company, who then deployed a full team for two weeks of due diligence.  During a recent interview appearing in 171 markets, the company asked no questions related to the situations posted here, finding in thier investigation, and reviewing all available documents, that there was no a case for asking about the items listed in this post.  The interviewer chose to focus on the validity of our company and postive impact of our nano/bio/medical technologies. The interview will re-air on ABC may 24 and again on 171 channels on May 30, 2020. 

We have posted documents, supporting testimonies and pathways for reconciliation. This site merely seeks to create drama and damage to an already critically injured economy, small business environment, and interefer with crucial humanitarian and relief efforts, in hopes of increased viewership. This site has also withheld three significant feedback posts, which display critical information related to this claim. 

We do not sell test kits to priviate individuals. Our smallest lot of sales is in groups of 25, with our average order size at 100,000 kits per order. It appears that none of the persons mentioned are real, nor have conducted any form of business with 2D Global or any associated business.

The only criminal act I see, is the presentation of an internal strategy briefing with our board, and related to potential decisions for partnerships.

What is this dialogue about?  It began as a complaint regarding a product / service that this company offers only to proven certified haelth care professionals, never provate citizens, and has moved into presenting its own confilicting material in an abusinve manner. For example, why would MSNBC respond or be involved with the content from another media outlet CNBC as stated in comparison to one of the consumer comments? 

This is rediculous and obvious harassment towards Mr. Abbott, his family and companies, and needs to be removed. Is this site about finding the truth, or offering a platform for harassment and abuse with an opportunity to provide pay for services?

My suggestion would be to view this and all the others related to this site for exactly what it is, an opportunity to charge a business money to have something removed from this site that is asolutley untrue. Our greatest satisfaction is knowing the people we have reached ad the value we have create with the coompany, which will soon be publically known, and to know those who could have had an opportunity to be a part, chose this path of abuse and will be left in th end with nothing.

Abbott is out of jail on bond totaling $60,000 for the new charges. His next court date is scheduled for July 12. The married father of two has claimed he's the subject of a witch hunt.
