Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We hired 7-10 Serviced to build a deck. After 8 weeks of unexplained delays, we have only a deck frame to show for it. The owner than quit apparently because we had the deck frame inspected. Clearly this company does not stand by their work. We were informed that the whole project would only take 2-3 weeks. This company lacks customer service skills. They are uncommunicative, unresponsive and are still holding on to our substantial down payment even though it is much greater than the work that has been done. They are refusing to correspond with us at all in regards to returning our money. Do not do business with this company.

We took 7-10 Services to court and received a judgement against them for most of our downpayment back. 7-10 Serviced didn't even show up to court to defend themselve since there is simply no defense for stealing a customer's money. They are still hiding from their problems. Stay far, far away from this company.
