A & J Flowtesting Jim Carlson Stand By Pay Fraud, Harmful Living Arrangments, Broken Promises. NO PAY Damascus, Arkansas

Oh it is a real company but he makes deal stating he will pay standby pay and not pay it. He gets people from all over the US. His promise is to pay you daily stand by being to which SWN (Jim stated this himself ) SWN pays him to pay stand by time and he does not fullfill his responsibilities. He also agrees to to pay your rent when you come out and you have to pay your own utilities. He gives you 3 months to get on your own. Well the Landlord is banging on the door continuelly cause he does he not pay the rent. Everyone is running him down for money. Some of the guys are hungry losing there water, have no food and basically stuck ! He offers you big dreams good pay and none of it is true. Normally the stand by pay he agrees to is 100 and up.
He has harmed families of being put in the streets cause they can't pay their bills on broken promises. He will feed them a little dollar here and there just to shut them up. Then the cycle begins all over.
Don't get involved with this guy he will put you harms way as well. One kid has been there since Feb and got his first check yesterday 1/16 amount owed. He is just hanging on to this false hope and broken promises. Jim is in debt with everyone. He is a pathological liar. His crews are affraid and does not know what to do. They are hanging on to this false hope, some even up to 8 months to which he gets paid for guys on standby. Then does not pay the guys the stand by pay. Seems kinda ironic he has some fine fine cars and speaking of cars he even owes people here in Colorado for their services building a car for him. Oh he has it cause he is taking it from his crew on stand by.  to which he has not paid. We are doing our homework. We have facts.
Oh some get paid (his friends) while the others sit in an empty apartment and pray their Boss Jim comes by as he always promises and pays them. Such a bad way to live. He has even snuck out the back door at the shop on payday while men sat there for hours. My husband was one of them. HE DID NOT GET PAID AND STILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID.
This won't last, I have learned what comes around, goes around.
I have notified him of my postings. He says he is going to sue me for slander. First of all you have PAY for an attorney to which I know he will not do. Second of all. You can't prove or press slander charges when it is the trueth being stated. We have documentation and contacts to verify it as well.  I will do everything in my power to stop him from hurting any more families.
