A us air conditioning of Texas Installed a complete ac and heating unit and ductwork Garland Texas

This company was sent out by my home warranty company AHS to repair my heating unit only they told me I needed a new heating unit I never asked them to check out my ac my ac previously was working fine they told me my unit was leaking freon and it was going to cost much as a new unit to fix.so I purchased a new complete ac and heating unit the company tried to steal my cash out money from American Home shield included with my purchase but I wrote on the receipt that I signed the total amount not including my cash out money so they had no choice not to touch my cash out money they installed the unit they didn't replace all the ductwork as in contract also I have mold growing from improper install they refuse to fix the problem ahs had to send another company out to finish the job they took my out of pocket money $5,700 and I found out it was nothing wrong with my ac unit and molded sheetrock still has to be replaced this case is currently being handled by the state im waiting on the outcome to file a lawsuit.
