Beware Aaron Staiger and his contracting companies are dishonest and incompetent.  In 2006 Aaron owned and operated a construction framing company which provided framing services of residential new construction.  

Aaron was contracted to frame my home in Park City and quickly it reveled he couldn't get the job done.  The job ran over 4 months by the time he finally walked off the job after we refused to pay him any more money beyond the contracted sum.  He had only completed about 60% of the total work contracted.  Much of the work his crews did had to be redone.  Because the job dragged out he went to get other work leaving his incompetent people to do the work.  My brother who was the general contractor had to help his crew and brought in other framers to try and catch the schedule up all which was agreed by Aaron and agreed that Aaron would pay for the additional workers.

Aaron always had a story to get more money.  One story was that his wife had a brain tumor and he needed the money for medical reasons.  Some of the stories worked to get advanced money from work that wasn't completed.  We felt it was better to try to work with Aaron than try to get someone to pick up his job which was incomplete.  In fact this proved out true after Aaron walked off the job with all the money and only having completed 60% of the job.

I had a law suit against Aaron and dropped it after my brother died who was the principle witness, and I no longer wanted all the negativity around this in my life.  I am firmly of the belief that Aaron's actions will be revisited upon him in some way.  That is one of the laws of the universe, "what you sew you reap."
