This guy sold me a bad lift with a clogged radiator. It took a couple of months then I discovered the coolant in the engine oil. I tried to get the owner to compensate or take the lift back. The owner drags it out and drags it out, plays games, doesn't return phone calls. Makes outrageous claims. Bottom line: if you want a bad experience, buy a forklift from ABARCO LLC AKA Charlotte forklift.

8 APRIL 2014 - buyer flatly refused legitimate offers to allow for an inspection of the engine in this lift By our company to verify his claims of malfunctions. He paid for the lift on AUG 24 2013 and Two Weeks Later on SEPT 6 2013 Inspected Tested Drove Approved and Took Delivery of this lift All IN PERSON at our store Seven Months prior to his post here and had every opportunity to refuse it at our location on pick up and inspection.

He is Not Being Truthful in his statements about the circumstances. He has repeatedly told Us that if he gets his money back he will remove bad reviews such as this one so that in itself is blackmail and extortion. We Are No Longer Interested In This Persons Tactics Harrassment or Lies About The Facts Surrounding This Purchase. It is our belief and upon information since gathered that he allowed the engine in this lift to freeze and crack due to storing the lift outdoors during the winter months in the NC Mountains in sub freezing temps.

A Three Month warranty was included with the sale of this lift that expired on DEC 15 2013 . The opportunity to have any repairs performed on the lift under the warranty period have long passed. We made Contact with and Telephoned this customer and offered to make satisfactory repairs to the equipment purchased and picked up by this customer at our facility on SEPT 6 2013 which had a 100 Day Transmission and Engine Warranty (powertrain).

Although the warranty coverage ended on DEC 15 2013 we were at that time still willing to assist this customer in bringing the equipment to his satisfaction .We extended this offer to the customer in good faith as we would any valued client. All the buyer had to do was simply ship the equipment back when the offer was presented and repairs would have been made free of charge.

Seemed like a Very Fair Offer even though the warranty period had expired. He Refused To Do So Because He Didn't Want To Pay Hauling. We regret this person delayed in reacting to this opportunity. Turning a resolvable situation into a personal attack never turns out in the attackers favor ... The Warranty On This Equipment Expired Four Months Before This Post.
