Ace Plumbing and Rooter -- THEY ARE THE ACES OF DECEPTION San Francisco California

First of all, I want to say that I selected ACE Plumbing based on previous Yelp reviews and ratings.  Initially, I was pleased to get an appointment so quickly to estimate a sewer lateral replacement.  However the workers sent out to do the job were unprofessional and spent the first part of the day, goofing off.  The supervisor  was fine at first but always seem to have an excuse for their poor behavior or for the delays.  He became more patronizing as the job continued on.  Granted, the job was completed but it was an agonizing process to get there.  I even had to call to request an invoice after several weeks passed by.  

However, it was the office stuff that to relay my questions and concerns to the supervisor who claimed to have the wrong phone number for me (but their office staff always had the right ones on file and were always prompt in returning my calls). 

If you want to experience frustration and a poor attitude, then call Ace.  Otherwise you're better off with another company.   If any of my other properties are in need of sewer repair work, Ace won't be getting my business.
