75 year old mother on fixed income was buying a car from these crooks and it had a rattle in the front end which they said they would take care of prior to the sale. once they found out it needed a new steering column they would not stand behind their promise. It costs 500.00 dollars to fix and my mother is on a fixed income and is unable to get it done!

Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why our service here at Auddie Brown Chevrolet did not meet your expectations. We have every desire to address your needs and provide the best solution available to resolve your issue as soon as possible. In addition, we will further evaluate how we can prevent this problem from occurring again in the future. Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused you. You mentioned that we had specifically promised an act of service prior to sale however did not comply with the terms. In the future please address a member of our management team should your visit here be anything but completely satisfactory.
