This organization registered 7 indiviuals for a conference and paid by credit card. They then canceled the registrants and asked for a refund via wire transfer. The credit card was found to belong to a Canadian National that had not authorized the charges. The organization appears to be facticious and operates to defraud organizations that put on conferences and other educational events.
