I would like to let the public know my experience with advanced placement LLC and Marc Resasco. We went back-and-forth until we were agreed on a contract. I signed the contract and immediately sent the $5000 retainer. Marc Resasco was supposed to find us DPT‘s and we were to pay him $10,000. And fortunately we did not do our research to see that Mr. Resasco has a previous company with many bad reviews that he had to close and reopen under a different name.
After we sent the check he sent us names of candidates and said he set up interviews. There were supposed to be three however none of the three showed up. Then he set up a fourth and we contacted the candidate and the candidate said I specifically told him I was not interested since it was too far from my home. However Mark insisted that he was coming for an interview.
After a month went by we asked him for our money back because the 5000 was simply a retainer for the rest of the 5000 to be paid after he placed a candidate. He said he’s not giving the money back. Not only did he say that he said that if we posted anything anywhere he would sue us for defamation and libel and slander.
Please note these are the facts and my opinions. My opinion Is that Marc took our $5000 retainer and did nothing you provided no candidates and we’re out $5000 with no prospects of any candidates. We then had our legal counsel contact him for a amicable solution. He kept saying that his attorney would contact our attorney and that never happened. We have emails to prove all of this.
We believe we have been taken for our $5000. We intend to take full legal action and file a lawsuit. We also intend to let the public know our experience with this comp we then had our legal counsel contact him for a amicable solution.
