For the past five years, my savings account has been constantly charged quarterly in the amount of $7.82 by this company. I have called them several times. Fax numbers given me don't go through. I spoke with one Ruth, the Supervisor today at this number, 1-800-860-7182, and she told the same thing two days ago.

She told me to fax my last two mailing addresses to the Plan Administrator at fax # 1-888-778-4409. I tried but the fax never went through. Is there any help out there for this kind of unscrupulous business? I don't remember signing for the plan.
