Affordable Transmission Center, Anthony Hernandez, Transmission Fraud doesn't fix car and takes cash greeley, Colorado

Anthony Hernandez makes a living off of ripping off innocent people looking to get their car fixed.  He ownes affordable transmission center in Greeley and use to run the same fraud business under a different name in Cheyenne Wyoming called Budget Transmission Center. 

I paid him $1,000 cash to rebuild my transmission. 7 days later my car was doing the same thing it did before he totally rebuilt it.  I took this car back numerous times and he gave me stories like "your fluid was low" and your sprag was bad.  Everytime I took it back my car had no gas in it.  At one point he had my car for 5 weeks and claimed he fixed it.  He didn't!!!  Then he said he would give me my money back and still hasn't.  That is his scam though.  He always tells people to come back next week and to call later and come back later.  He puts people off until they give up or he leaves town.  After two years he left Cheyenne and put up shop here in Greeley.  He doesn't really know how to fix cars the right way.  I can't believe that cities can let people like this continue to do unethical business.  What is it going to take keep this guy from taking someone elses business.
