Aflac- American Family American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus Won't pay the claim, for no good reason. Giving me the runaround. Columbus Georgia

I had back surgery in september of 2018 and placed a claim with Aflac for short term disabilty.  They denied the claim for lack of paperwork. I get the doctors office to send over the paperwork-denied,they did not receive it. I have the doctors office send it again-denied,paperwork attached to wrong claim. They said they could attach it to the right claim-denied,they don't have the paperwork. I have the doctors office send it again-Denied ,have not received it. I confirm email address and have doctors office send it again-denied,still have not received it. Ask to talk to supervisor, gave him my contact info and contact person at doctors office, he talked to the doctors office-denied,lack of paper work. Now he won't return my calls. My doctors office has sent it multiple times to multiple people. Getting the run around going on seven months.
