AflacAssist.comllc Us Job Assist They did not keep their promise to pay me! Phoenix, Arizona

I was contacted on the phone about a opportunity to pay Aflac Assist to get me paid from a merchant account that they would give me percentage of and told that even if I put it on my credit card I would receive enough income from this to pay  the credit card back
 Within 45 days, they gave me one merchant account it paid me 18.00 the first check.
 I had to pay for a LLC with Arizona to do this that cost me 300.00 and then paid them out of my own account 1500.00, it has now been over six months and since I did this I had a check for 18.00 ,52.00 and 61.00 and now nothing.
I contacted Tom Gilbreath and for awhile he would talk to me and assure me that this was going to get me an income and then another man named Andrew but then they would not answer my calls or call me back.
Stay away from this please, he wanted me to pay him 6000 on credit card originally but I stayed with only 1500.00!
