Agent Image refused to return our phone calls and emails for several months while we tried to contact them so that we could move forward with the website and have it completed in season, which is our prime selling time in Florida (season ends in May). We still do not have a website from them.
Only after we disputed the charges with our credit card company did we finally hear from Agent Image, many months after they had disappeared with our money!
Since Agent Image vanished without building us a website, we were forced to go out and hire a different web design firm to build a website for our firm from scratch, at a cost of over $8k. This new company has our site nearly completed without a single hitch after only 3 months time.
For anyone considering "working" with Agent Image, expect to be cheated. They are obviously accustomed to operating in fraud, as is evidenced by the voluminous web postings on this topic by realtors and brokers across the country who have been suckered out of their website budgets. Only wish we had seen these beforehand.
Agent Image is happy to relieve its clients of great sums of cash and summarily dismiss them, without fulfilling their contractual obligations. This is their business model. Beware.

Our clients are very important to us and I hope that Florida Broker (Sarasota Florida) will decide to provide additional information so that I may research this account. I am confident that if there were issues that we would have tried to rectify them and if that was not a possibility, we would refund Florida Broker (Sarasota Florida) all of their monies paid.
At the end of the day, clients come to us because they want a high-end real estate website design. We truly believe in our product and have thousands of happy clients; however, we also know that you can not have 100% satisfaction all of the time. We would never want to make someone pay for a website if they did not receive the service that we promised in our contract.We are sorry that Florida Broker (Sarasota Florida) had this experience with us and look forward to receiving more specific details, that in addition to helping us research this account, will also help us to improve our products and services.
