Terry Taylor, Johnathan Khorsandi, and Phil Kim are individuals who claim to be knowledgable investors. They know nothing. In fact, they scammed investors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, convincing them that the only fix for properties in the red was to forclose, when in actuality they had side deals with banks to make extra money. They also illegally sold properties and kept the funds available at closing for themselves. These guys are not to be trusted.
