 This company uses deceptive business practices. I asked for a quotation for two pallets to Riyadh and they kept beating around the bush about the price. They finally gave me a quotation for around 750 dollars. After I dropped my items at the warehouse they sent me a bill for 2300 dollars for two pallets! They claimed the quotation they sent me was for 2 cubic meters not two pallets and they don't charge by the pallet!! Well why didn't they just say that from the start? A whole container only costs around 3500 dollars. Why would I pay that much for only two pallets?! I asked them to remove my items and I would not ship. They told me I would have to pay a 10 percent penalty to cancel my shipment!! Then as if all this wasn't enough, when my cargo arrived in Riyadh, their local agent charged me 800 dollars just to claim my shipment!!!!!! This is completely ridiculous!! I have shipped things before and never experienced this. Please stay away from the company. They are criminals.
