Don’t let the five star reviews fool you. After much research and pealing away the layers about this business, we found out a lot more information about how things are run and customer experience.  I had been advised by my attorney to always be suspicious of such high ratings in such a small business with that client ratio, funny from a numbers guy.

So be very careful, Especially in this day and age, reviews can be “bought” and Prompted and I truly believe this is what happened because no nobody would do what he has done and jeopardize their reputation. We were certainly fooled and we regret it everyday. Services are presented and paid for and then left incomplete, no communication just silence and no regard for our financial situation, stress or the affect it has had on our lives.

In our opinion you will be sold a promise and be left begging and pleading for help. It’s hard enough and scary to go through an audit which we were unlucky enough to have been picked for and we hired someone who started things but didn’t finish them. Making critical errors as a content expert. All this while we were trying to buy a new home, time was of the essence accruing penalties and affecting our home closing.

I went through 3 bouts of cancer and I am a cancer survivor, thank you Sloan Kettering, and this whole thing has made me and my family physically ill and I definitely don’t need that. We feel he is a scammer, his own staff was embarrassed at how many times they had to take a message for him apologizing over and over to us.

We feel he is a coward and in general an ugly person on the inside to be able to do this to anyone’s family. We have already lost so much and are now forced to take legal action all because he wasn’t willing to finish the job out of incompetence Or just plan lazy we feel. Shame on Him! My husband has been a member of service for over 30 years we are such good people, with a great family, married for 26 years and best friends to give you some background we never had this before.

Again, my husband has done nothing but help others and he begged him also on voicemail because he wouldn’t get on the phone to even talk with him. All you can ask from someone in life is to be fair and honest, he hasn’t been either.

Alfonso is going to blame everyone but himself and give you every excuse in the book; You will get,  the dog ate my homework speech, he’s sick, he’s on vacation, he’s in a meeting, dental work, family problems, bad worker and the excuses go on and on. I’m sure he’ll even go as far as to write some diatribe about us after he sees this instead of just doing the work he has been paid for.

Is it worth the chance to put yourself through this nightmare when there are so many other tax professionals out there, not in our opinion or hopefully anyones for their own sake.

Please learn from our mistake because it has changed our lives and we believe this to actually be all less exaggerated than the actual event, but it would take forever to write the whole story.  Do your homework please and again I can prove this to anyone with confidence, shame on him for being able to sleep at night knowing he did this to anyone.
