All American Eyeglass Repair rip off, unprofessional and racist houston, Texas

i took my glasses to be fixed at this place, the unprofessional man started to fix them and broke the lense in two pieces. he said he will get a new lens, asked me to come back. when i went after given time and date, my glasses werent there. he asked me to call his boss who is also the owner harold. i called harold. As soon as i said hello. He said " YOU PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES PURCHASE GLASSES OVERSEAS FROM WHEREEVER YOU ARE AND EXPECT US TO FIX IT. WE DONT FIX GLASSES THAT ARE NOT FROM AMERICA. YOUR LENS BROKE CAUSE IT DIDNT REACH ALL SECURITY RULES OF AMERICA"..

so when he was done screaming.. iasked him.. why are you screaming? he said "I AM NOT SCREAMING, I AM JUST LETTING YOU KNOW WE WEILL NOT FIX YOUR CHEAP GLASSES". so i said okay.. thats fine.. when i took my glasses in, he shouldve told me than that he wasnt able to fix them. now i want my glasses back the way i gave you. i didnt bring it in with a broken lens so give my glasses and my lens back and i will get it fix wiht some who knows how to do this.. just a side note my glasses are not from overseas they are from "highland eye boutique in atlanta georgia" and since i now live in houston i thought i could just take it to local repair shop.

all it was that lens poped out of the frame if they couldnt fix it . its fine... they dindt have to take it.. break it and than get racist with me and assume its from overseas just cause i am not american? in return he had to say " SINCE YOU DROPPED GLASSES OFF AT 1960 AND 45 LOCATION CAUSE ITS CLOSE TO YOU. YOU CAN PICK THEM UP FROM KATY WHICH IS AN HOUR AWAY FROM YOU CAUSE THATS HOW ITS GONNA BE" and he hung up on my face !!!..
