We paid for 2200 folding chairs since 2005 and Mr Hoffman never deliver nor refund our money.We got a court judgement in 2006 but this guy keeps evading it and he still operating shadily.Need some help here.

This is not true.We never had a representative acting on our behalf.Show us a receipt that to whom you paid 18,550 usd .We paid you in August 2004 the sum of 18,880 for 2200 folding chairs.You went into hiding.In 2006 August we got a court judgement from the district Judge for $35,500 usd with interest accruing daily.You claimed in September 2009 you paid someone 18,550 usd???? How funny!
We been looking at this from 2004 to 2009 you made a payment to a ghost after all the court summons five (5) years??.....and you are still doing business ripping off more people??

A representative of the company contacted us in March 2009. We paid$ 18, 5650.00 for a refund of the 2,200 chairs we could not send. I will contact the attorney represent ting the company with signed receipts for the Funds paid.
