Sirena Moving brokered by: All State Van Lines Relocation Inc. Corrupt and Dishonest Margate Florida

I moved with this company over a month ago.  I literally waited 30 days to write my review because despite having a binding contract, they continued to try to bill me after delivery.  By the way All State...  this is against the law!  For sooo many reasons, THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!  All State hired Sirena Moving Company for my move.  I knew exactly how much every box, tub, chair and table weighed before their arrival.  I even went to the weigh station with them to watch them go through the weighing process.  The truck still weighed double my estimation.  I tried to dispute the weight with All State for several days, before my delivery and they wouldn't budge nor would they provide any assistance to ensuring an honest process.  I'm guessing the discrepancy in weight was due to the timing of gassing the truck.  

In the end, I got extremely lucky and ended up paying a justified amount because All State made a very critical mistake in their office.  They accidentally sent me the wrong paperwork.  The paperwork I received was for the person's items and weight that was picked up after my load.  It was unbelievable.  Her initial weight was LESS than my final weight by 1500 pounds.  After this mistake Sirena started backpedaling as quickly as possible and neither company would take ownership or accountability for the unexplainable 50% increase in weight.  Whenever I brought it up, they would deny it with some excuse or quickly change the subject.  I got very lucky or else I would have ended up paying double what my items truly weighed (approximately $900 more).  

Do your homework and go with a reputable company this is not a broker.  It's no surprise to me now that both All State Van Lines and Sirena Moving Company are all over http://Ripoffreport.com and BBB will not accredit All State and there is an alert for this business!

If you have no other choice and you end up going with All State because you are that desperate...  Be sure to read the fine print because All State is NOT upfront with what you are going to be charged for.  They will tell you there are no additional taxes and fees and when it's too late, you'll find out about the sliding scale, bulky fee, insurance costs, manual movers fees, etc.
