My name is Brittney and I went to All Things Beauty by Miranda which is in hair salon shop by the name of Luxe Salon in Hiawatha, Iowa. I made an appoinment with Miranda to have my hair cut and colored. The appointment was in August 2020. I go to the salon and she is not there, I was told she was on vacation in Colorado. Miranda never called me to let me know and I  took off the afternoon from work for this appointment. I called her and she rebooked  my appointment. Now I wish I would nave never gone.

I got to the salon on October 6 and her chair  space was a mess. I ignored this as she came highly recommened from a close friend. I told her exactly what I wanted done. Just a couple of  inches of my hair and one solid color. Miranda said she had been doing hair for over 13 years, so  I felt comfortable. Now she gets to cutting my hair and takes off 4 inches. I told her you cut too much off and she laughed and said " it will grow back". She did not say I'm sorry or anything. I was mad and at I told her I don't want you to color my hair.

Then she tells me that since  I booked the time I would have to pay for the hair coloring whether she does it or not.  I told her she was crazy. After butchering my hair, I was not going to allow her to color my hair and I was not paying for a service she did give. During the time that she was messing with my hair all she did was talk about this ugly sleeve tattoo she had on her arm. I didn't  care and she just kept on talking about it. She kept telling me it was about her kids, blah, blah. I was really annoyed with her. I think  with all the talking about her stupid arm is the reason why she cut my hair too short. I called my friend that reccommened her and told her about it and she said that Miranda has not been doing hair for 13 years its only like 6 years. She is a liar and a fraud.

I did a lot of searching on the internet and  found out she changed the chair she rents at Luxe Salon in Hiawatha from Genuine Grace to All Things Beauty by Miranda. I also found out she has had many complaints that is why she keeps changing the name. So here is all the names she goes by:  Genuine Grace. All Things Beauty by Miranda, Miranda Shaull, Miranda Zerba. She rents  a chair at 1200 N. Center Point Rd Hiawatha IA. The salon name is Luxe Salon. Please do  not go to her. She is terrible at hair cutting. I would never recommend her to anyone.  She is an awful person, her space is messy and her hair looks  like crap. It looks like she has  colored so many times that it's dry and messy. She was wearing a hat and when she took it off I saw her hair. I do not recommend this person. Please, please do not waste your money or your time.
