How else do they defend themself but to put  the blame on a consumer.  Funny after the rip off report was published I recieved one the items I paid for.  However the Pool table cover was never recieved so I paid someone else for it.  The cheap pool cue they sent with the so called high end accessory package was broken so I ordered from a reputable l company a nice replacement. 
in summation anyone who buys from this company should proceed with caution. pay on your credit card so you have protection. i leared my lesson never pay up front. pay through Pay pal get buyer protection.
This company can say anthing they want about me.  I am a hard working mom who wanted to buy something nice with my hard earned money.
All I ever wanted was whatI paid for and was promised in writing. if anyone wants all the emails and promises I have everything in writing.

   we are a very small custom pool tables manufacturing that specializes in pool tables ranging from 3500 to 75,000 in price we manufacturer 100 tables a year and in most cases some wait 6 months to a year on a custom. Heres a case where we sold this lady a dealer display table that is one of our custom Sahara which sells for 6000.00+ it also had custom powder coat finish and slate upgrade totaling 500.00 in up grades.  When we offered this table for sale ,our complainer was offered the absolute of 3700.00 best bargain we ever offered in 13 years we packaged the entire table togather for a total final cost to her which is less than a dealer would pay whit no extras in fact I had to package the cost to avoid dealers filing a complaint because we we were selling tables below the actual wholesale cost This sale  included shipping, which we included plus installation, offerd a free dining top insert, extra everything to a point where we could had no chance in the world of coming even close to breaking even. So if we deducted our shipping installation and all upgrades and extras the complainer probably paid less than 2000 for what is considered one of the best pool tables on earth and a 7500.00 value. She claims she didnt get what she paid for! I believe she got everything and more. Its people like this that make people like me  dislike those whose first words out of their mouth what else can you give me free this makes good business people want to hold their generosituy  to a minimum, because of this complaint i will never offer a discount no matter how much someone crys poor, I appreciate the opportunity to this rebuttal which im sure she will read and still wage complaints of what she didnt get we sent everything including the dining top , cover and accessories. thank you
