Allen Samuels Chevrolet Allen Samuels Chevrolet Collision Center - Incomplete Job and bad service, no one held accountable Corpus Christi Texas

 I had an accident on the 9th of June 2015. My vehicle was sent to Allen Samuels Chevrolet by my insurance company. Once there I walked around with the person that was working with Progressive and we went over what the issues/damage were. I showed her that the car was no longer flush and some panels were loose.

The vehicle was there for a little over 2 weeks. I got it back and saw the tire sensor was on and the car was pulling to the left and the panels were still loose. I immediately call Michelle (the woman that had done the walk around with me) and let her know. She asks that I bring it back when i have a chance. I was quite busy at work so it did not get taken in that week.

I used the car for a long trip and noticed that the car was pulling harder and harder to the left. By the time I got back in town the car would go in a complete circle if I didn't hold the steering wheel. I called Michelle first thing on Monday and explain that the car is still pulling and the panels are still loose. She had them tow the car back to the repair center later that afternoon.

She calls me back and states that I had another accident. That I bent my wheels and it is not something that would have happened gradually. I know that I did not hit anything else and that this issue was happening as soon as I picked up the vehichle. My insurance company sent someone in to look at the vehicle and it was determined that they missed the damage to the struts so they fixed that. At the end of this, my car had been in the shop over 35 days.

They call me to pick it up and as soon as I drive up I notice that the panels are still loose and lifted and the hood is still crooked. She looks at it and states that that has happened because of the heat and it had nothing to do with the accident. I show her where it was lifted at the accident site and she keeps stating it has nothing to do with the accident, but she will call the insurance company to come look at it anyway.

I get a call from her the next day stating that they went ahead and took care of it without notifying the insurance company and it was ready. I go to pick it up before I have to be at a meeting for work so, although it is not fixed very well, it is glued back on so I drive to work. I get to work and notice that the weatherproofing around the windshield is not covering the windshield and the glass bottom is exposed.

I call them back and am told that no one is there and so I leave messages with the manager, Michelle and anyone else I can to make sure my call is  documented. No one ever returns my call. I reach the customer relations person who made a million promises and then didn't come through, nor did she answer or return my calls.

My car is still not fixed and no one answers my phone calls or calls me back. I leave message after message to no avail. I do not know what else to do and my car is still not fixed.
